- Hello to everyone that is reading this little blog about me. My name is Rebecka, and I live in Hillsboro, Oregon. I was born in Elmira, New York in December 1972, and my family moved to Oregon where i have been since i was 2. Some of my best memories are of playing softball, swimming, spending time with my Grandmother, and enjoying good food. That brings me to today and why I have a blog and who I am as of right now. I started the N.W. Challenge weighing 292 lbs. and my goal is to lose 112 lbs. I feel confident because in 2003 I weighed 324 lbs. and i lost 111 lbs. The winter of 04 we had a bad snow storm and i was playing in the snow and fell and broke every last rib.. Needless to say I didn't move for 6 months and I ate whatever was easy. So I gained most of all the weight back. So i know I can get Skinny Becky back to playing softball, swimming, and just being the fun healthy person I know I am.
